Overview
Tabawan is one of the five traditional titik of Tagungguk. This section should describe the character of the rhythm, when it is played, and what makes it distinct from the other titik.
Cultural context
Describe the cultural setting — the occasions where Tabawan is performed (celebrations, weddings, community gatherings), its origin, and any stories associated with it.
The rhythm
Explain the rhythm pattern in plain language. The short rhythmCode in the frontmatter
(shown in the sidebar) is a quick reference — here you can describe it in more detail:
- D = a low/bass stroke
- T = a high/treble stroke
- . = a rest
Replace this notation legend with the actual system from Cikgu Rosley's research.
